How long will it take to receive revised work?
We operate on a work queue system, meaning all client requests are added to a pipeline and processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Our team handles each request with care, moving through the queue one by one. This ensures that every client receives fair attention and high-quality output. Timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the request and the current workload, but we always aim to deliver revisions as promptly as possible.
What does "unlimited designs" mean?
You can submit as many design or revision requests as you want. We work on one request at a time for each client. As soon as one is finished, you can submit another.
How do I submit my requests?
Just email us your request. We’ll add it to your queue and start working on it as soon as your turn comes up.
How long does each design take?
Turnaround depends on the current pipeline and complexity of your request. We’ll always keep you updated on your place in the queue.
Can I request revisions?
Yes, unlimited revisions are included! Each revision goes back into the queue and will be handled in turn.
What if I need something urgently?
All requests are first-come, first-served. If you need faster service, ask us about our higher-tier plans for priority support. It starts at monthly US$999 (billing 6 monthly) and you get fastest response time compared to all others. You also get guaranteed & regular updates every 24 hours on 5 working days/week.
How much time does it take to get website design ready?
Within first 2 weeks, we get ready all the content for every page of your website with proposed images. After your approval, we proceed and get your first preview ready in 3rd week. You suggest corrections which we implement and deliver your final website after that.
When is your team available?
Our team is here for you Monday to Saturday, from 8AM to 8PM (Edmonton, AB time zone). You’ll always get quick responses and reliable service.
What happens to the website, domain, and hosting if I cancel the service?
As these are complimentary services provided under your active subscription, they remain the property of our company. If the subscription ends, access to the website, domain, and hosting will be discontinued. By starting the service, you agree to these terms. If you’re not comfortable with this, we respectfully advise not to proceed.
